Sunday, April 13, 2008feeling really good to be cleanLately I have been really enjoying my service to Her. We've been working on some projects for around the house that are coming right along, lots of deep cleaning and de-cluttering (ditching stuff we had since before we got married and said "hey, we should ditch that stuff"). I'm a packrat, but I'm trying to break my store-it-forever ways, and my Lady is a great help. When she gives me a choice, I usually choose to save things, but when she gives me an order, I throw it out or donate it or sell it or craigslist it promptly, which is great for both of us. It is really nice to be finally cutting back on our supply of crap. We spent a long time last week looking for an adaptor cable that we ended up buying a replacement for since we couldn't find it, and then a week later I found it under some other stuff as I was cleaning up. Keeping things neat and organized is becoming a real priority for Her and me too. The thing is that we've always wanted to be more minimalist in our house and really it's just me holding us back. I live with this constant doublethink where I both want to keep stuff and want to have only what I need. But pleasing Her is my #1 priority (not on the rules chart, but you know what I mean) and when she says "it is time" then it is time. She has a loving, compassionate dominance about her that people who have never met her before pick up on. Living with her as her willing and loving submissive means I get to enjoy that dominance all the time, and it helps me to be a better person and better lover, as well as a better father and better submissive. I am so lucky! |
